Zenu — Personal Wellness Reminder Assistant
Yousof Shehada (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Zenu — Personal Wellness Reminder Assistant application (the “Service”). This policy explains how your information is handled when you use Zenu. Zenu is designed with privacy-first principles: your data stays on your device and is never collected or transmitted.
All data is used exclusively on your device to deliver reminders, track your progress, and remember your preferences. There is no server component.
Data is stored locally using the platform's standard secure storage and is sandboxed so only Zenu can access it. Because nothing is transmitted, there is no network exposure and no cross-border data transfer.
You have complete control over your data at all times:
Zenu requests notification permission solely to deliver your wellness reminders. On Android, reminders are scheduled with the operating system so they can fire even when the app is closed; this scheduling happens entirely on-device and involves no network communication.
Zenu does not target children and collects no personal information from users of any age. Because no data is collected, the app is COPPA-compliant by design and appropriate for all ages.
Since all data remains local to your device, Zenu is consistent with GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), PIPEDA (Canada), and the Privacy Act (Australia): there is no personal data processing and no cross-border transfer.
We may update this policy occasionally. Significant changes will be reflected here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
