All data is used exclusively on your device to deliver reminders, track your progress, and remember your preferences. There is no server component.

• No third-party sharing — your data is not shared with anyone
• No analytics or tracking — no external analytics services are used
• No advertising — no ad networks have access to your data

Data Storage and Security

Data is stored locally using the platform's standard secure storage and is sandboxed so only Zenu can access it. Because nothing is transmitted, there is no network exposure and no cross-border data transfer.

Your Data Rights and Control

You have complete control over your data at all times:

• Access & modify — view and change your reminders and settings in the app
• Delete — clear your data from within the app, or uninstall to remove all local data

Notifications

Zenu requests notification permission solely to deliver your wellness reminders. On Android, reminders are scheduled with the operating system so they can fire even when the app is closed; this scheduling happens entirely on-device and involves no network communication.

Children's Privacy

Zenu does not target children and collects no personal information from users of any age. Because no data is collected, the app is COPPA-compliant by design and appropriate for all ages.

International Compliance

Since all data remains local to your device, Zenu is consistent with GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), PIPEDA (Canada), and the Privacy Act (Australia): there is no personal data processing and no cross-border transfer.

Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Significant changes will be reflected here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
